To help you get the best out of your investment we can tailor training courses to suit your needs. The courses can be provided either at the client site or in our training rooms. If required we can provide one-to-one training.

Our trainers can tailor courses to meet your specific needs, whether it be helping users make better use of existing technology or more advanced training on selective products and applications.

We regularly offer bite-sized training to our clients’ users to ensure that they are making the most of their technology and are up-to-date with technology issues. A recent training session we developed was regarding cyber security, titled ‘User Awareness Training’.

User Awareness Training

Hackers are increasingly using social engineering for tricking users into making their network vulnerable. Hackers try various approaches from emails with attachments, to spoofing a director’s email address, to gathering information from social media on users. Mansys has developed a training course that helps makes users aware of cyber security and best practice. In the training session, we discuss the social engineering methods used by hackers and best practice for staff to show that they’re safe when using social media. We understand that staff time is valuable. This training session is limited to one hour held on your premises with a maximum group size of 15 users.
