Mansys is a Managed Service Provider. We provide IT support services and consultancy to clients in Yorkshire, Lancashire, Merseyside and Lincolnshire.

Mansys was formed in 2001 by a team of Microsoft engineers who formerly worked as an in-house IT department. We were convicted by the belief that SMEs and charities could outsource their IT and still receive the same care and attention you would receive from a dedicated in-house department.

This was a fresh approach to IT support.

This core belief still drives Mansys today. We strive to deliver a comprehensive IT support service to our clients. We do this by not only understanding the technology but also understanding our clients’ business. We take a very proactive approach offering best-practice advice. We don’t believe that our clients use us just to fix their computer issues, we believe that we are here to help our clients’ businesses to run more efficiently and smoothly. We care about how you use your technology to support your business. We don’t just fix computers; we manage your IT systems better so they don’t hold your business back.

What Is An MSP?

A Managed Service Provider (MSP) is a company that remotely manages and monitors its customers’ IT infrastructure and end user systems. MSP approach differs from the traditional IT support model in that support is more pro-active rather than the reactive break-fix paradigm.
