Cloud solution providers vary in the length of contract. Most Cloud solution providers will tie you in between 2 and 3 years as an initial contract. With Mansys, we offer a monthly rolling contract which can terminated at any time with 30 days’ notice.
Normally the hardware is owned by the Cloud solutions provider. Most IT companies tend to resell other Cloud solution providers’ products so they tend not to own the hardware. Mansys has built its own Cloud and owns its own hardware infrastructure. This hardware is the sole property of Mansys.

In the cloud you can scale up your resources or scale them down as your business requires.
On the Mansys network your data is backed up in an encrypted format to a different location on a daily basis.
The same as for Windows users. All access is either via a remote desktop type connection or VPN.
Pricing on the cloud is simple. Mansys will work out how much hardware capacity you require. This will be added to your licensing requirements. The total of these two will give you your monthly cost. Should your requirements change at any time and you require either more or less capacity your cost will be varied accordingly.
